FOODS to increase IMMUNITY POWER
No one wants to eat those tablets/capsules ever. But you have to and sometimes some of us has to take medicines more than food. This is because of your weak immune system, but don't worry you could increase your immunity power easily with these foods and that too with taste.
1. VITAMIN C
Yes those lemons,oranges,grape fruits are rich in vitamin C that could boost your immunity power. Vitamin C helps to increase WBC as well as antibodies that fight against the diseases.
Squeeze lemon or any citrus fruit into a mug and top up with hot water after your food
2. EGGS
Eggs apart from being source of proteins and iron, they also contains vitamin A which is important for immune system
Increase your taste with omlets and it will always boost your immunity power too.
3. RED MEAT
Red meat is always rich in mineral iron. But remember too much of anything is dangerous
Same is for red meat too. Keep your diet for this balanced.
4. NUTS
Yes nuts, am not nuts it does have everything to increase your immune system. Nuts not only have immune-boosting power from zinc, iron and the B vitamins, but also have the added value of being sources of other vitamins and minerals which support the immune system. All nuts are good and they have different benefits
5. OATS
Oats and other whole grain cereals like wheat, rye, barley that provides important B vitamins such as vitamin B6, pantothenoic acid and folic acid. It also contains fibre which is always good for your health.
Oats in breakfast is best.
